Is this pure, single-grain flour?
Yes — one grain, milled in small batches, nothing blended in. Lab-tested for purity.
Is it gluten-free?
Makai and bajra are naturally gluten-free. Oat is gluten-free by grain but milled in a facility that handles other grains. Barley (jau) contains gluten.
How do I use it for roti?
Use on its own or mix with wheat atta (start 50/50) until you find the texture you like. Knead with warm water.
How long does it keep?
Months in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Whole-grain flours keep best away from heat and moisture.
