1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your area falls outside our courier coverage, we will inform you promptly and discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 4 to 6 business days for most locations.
Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or operational delays.

3. Shipping Charges
Orders below PKR 5,000: Flat shipping fee of PKR 300.
Orders above PKR 5,000: Free shipping.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours of placement. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order
You may track your order using the link shared via email or WhatsApp. For any assistance, please contact our customer support team.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours at hello@kfood.com or via WhatsApp at +92 322 3061144. We will resolve the matter promptly.

8. Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
