Shipping Policy

At KFood, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is how delivery works.

Delivery charges

Delivery is Rs 200 on orders under Rs 5,000. Orders of Rs 5,000 or more are delivered free.

Delivery time

Orders are packed within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 4–6 working days in most cities and 7–10 working days in remote areas. Public holidays and weather can cause delays; we will message you if your order is delayed.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partner. If your area is not covered, we will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange an alternative. We do not ship outside Pakistan.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available on all orders.

Ordering for family in Pakistan

Living abroad? You can order for your family in Pakistan. Enter their address and phone number at checkout, and they can pay cash on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 3061144 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will sort it out.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, message us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
