It takes roughly 25–30 litres of milk to make one kilogram, hand-churned from cultured curd in small batches. That yield — not marketing — is the price.
Is it pure? Any vegetable fat or blends?
None. 99% pure fat, every batch PCSIR-tested. 100% milk ghee.
Cow or buffalo — which should I pick?
Cow (A2) for lighter everyday cooking and children; buffalo for halwa, paratha and rich curries.
Why does the texture change?
Real ghee grains and softens with temperature. That's a sign nothing has been added to stabilise it.
