Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Zare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please Whatsapp us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund into your desired account number.
3. Cancellations
- Order Changes or Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. This applies to both cash on delivery and prepaid orders.
- Process: To request a cancellation, please WhatsApp us immediately with your order number. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible to be cancelled.
- Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is cancelled within the eligible window, your refund will be issued back to your provided account details.
- After Processing: Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return the item after it arrives, following the return guidelines above.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please WhatsApp us to arrange an exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us on Whatsapp.
